A Sunny Day
Our farm is situated between two ridges.
This means we have no sun for two months during the winter.
Can you imagine the joy when the sun finally shines on our premises in mid February?
My friend from Holland was amazed by the glittering snow so I shared some knowledge with her:
When I teach my child about temperature - when I teach him how to "read the weather and snow" - I tell him to look for glitter in the snow.
If the snow glitters you know the temperature is bellow 0 ºC.
This means he has to wear his woolen pants and sweater...
